This promotion will provide customers who subscribe for the Zuku Fiber packages on offer with free installation for i-series offers – i20, i50, i100, i250 and the Zuku Office services.
Telephone handsets will be purchased at a cost of ksh 1,500 each for subscribers of i-series packages i20, 150, i100 and i250 while customers purchasing Zuku Office will be provided free cordless handsets as per the subscription packages paid for.
Customers eligible are those who have paid the first month’s subscription in full for i20, 150, i100 and i250 package and all office packages.
Customers who are already Zuku customers and have an active or inactive/lapsed/churned account are not eligible.
Customers purchasing any other Zuku Fiber packages except the above-named packages shall not be eligible for the Free Installation offer.
The offer shall be communicated on digital platforms to existing leads base by SMS, email, website, banner & social media posts.
All customers wishing to downscale to lower packages must pay full installation charges as per the subscription type. Customers are however allowed to upscale to more premium offers in the i-series and office packages.
The offer shall be subject to the terms and conditions posted above and additionally to the General Terms and Conditions posted on the website.
